Leonard is the first character to transforminto the White Knight. You will need enough space to transform, and at least seven action chips. You can transform from the submenu during fights. Actionchips are earned by defeating enemies, or by being attacked yourself. If you have at least 12 or 15 AC when transforming, your knight will have moreattacks at its disposal. The knight uses MP to attack, and each attack consumes MP. WalkthroughThe Kingdom of BalandorYou will start by taking control of Leonard, the main character, and your custom-made avatar. Your first assignment, when you're done lookingaround town, is to reach the village of Parma in order to bring back an order of wine to the castle. When you head for the town entrance, another scenewill take place. Afterwards, select Balastor Plain on the world map to leave town. There are some treasure chests to be found around; just bring up the mapfrom the select sub-menu to see what grid they're in. Some shops can be found too but it's not necessary to upgrade your equipment until you have moremoney.encounters: Polkan, Kibble, Giant Vespid, Trollchests:G10= Revival Powder (inside house you start in)G10= Heal Potion (opposite corner, outside house)H10= Mana PotionH7= Heal Potion IIK8= Heal PotionF8= Bag of Gold DustBalastor PlainThe areas in the game are very large and not appropriate for a step-by-step walkthrough, but thankfully if you bring up the map from the menu and scrollit, you'll always see a star indicating where you should go. So simply follow any path leading to the desired location, fighting off some enemies along theway so you gain some experience. Bring everyone to Lv3 and look around for some treasure chests. You can go back to Balandor from save points to buy betterequipment. When you're done, enter the village of parma at the other side of the field.chests:C2= Chromium Pearl Lv1E4= Guardian Pearl Lv1B5= Wooden ShieldB6= Knight's SwordParma VillageWhen you reach Parma Village, Leonard's childhood friend Yulie will welcome you. After the short scene, just go on ahead the path and cross the bridge towatch the rest of the scene. You'll need to find Raus, the only one who can drive the beast who'll take your wine to the castle. Before that, you can lookaround the village for some chests or shop a bit. When you're ready, return to the entrance of the village and go up the path near the Logic Stone to cometo a yeard with horses. Go in and head for the back of the yard to find Raus, asleep next to a tree stump. Now that the party is complete, you can leave tothe world map to cross back Balastor Plain.chests:B3= Brass Earrings (inside house, upstairs)C3= Bag of Gold Dust (near exit gate)Balastor PlainNow you must return to Balandor, but Raus is following behind so make sure you don't go too fast and defeat enemies who attack the carriage. As you getclose to Balandor, you will get attacked by a Troll. To defeat it, keep on attacking its legs until he falls on the ground. Start attacking its head whileit's vulnerable. If you have fire magic spells, use them as he is weak to them. The fight could take a while if you are below Lv4, but it shouldn't beunbeatable. Have Yulie heal the party and use spells to increase attack and defense if needed. After the battle, enter Balandor after saving at the LogicStone.Balandor UndergroundsWhen you arrive at the castle, a series of events will ensue. After the long cutscene you will regain control of Leonard in the castle undergrounds. Therest of the party is not with you for now, and the princess will be following you. She will stay behind but enemies will try to attack her, so make sure todefend her and heal her if her HP goes down. There's a Logic Stone close to where you start but you must first defeat the enemies around. It can be used touse if needed. Just keep on following the linear path and keep an eye open for treasure chests on the way containing some Heal Potions.Try to level-up to Lv5 and protect the princess until you get to the next Logic Stone at the end. After saving, head down for a scene and then a battleagainst the Phantom. This boss isn't too hard but it's a solo battle. Watch out for your HP at all moments and heal when necessary. The Phantom doesn'thave much HP himself so you can take him down quickly with some combos and powerful attacks. Once you defeat him, Leonard will be able to use the WhiteKnight in battle. You'll put that to use right away by fighting Pyredaemos. This battle will be done in three parts. First, start by attacking Pyredaemos'legs with a powerful attack such as Crossfire. Attack both his legs until he falls on the ground and then focus on its turret. You will then move toanother area. Use Slash and Thrust to attack the enemy's head until you move to the next place. Keep on attacking the boss with Crossfire until you havefew MP left and then attack with Slash and Thrust. The battle is easy but just make sure you keep some MP or Leonard will lose the White Knight's power. After the fight and ensuing scene, you'll be back in Balandor. Use the free time to shop around to upgrade your equipment to the best avalaible, thenreturn to Rappacci's house so he gives you the Camera. When you're done, leave town and select Greydall Plain.Greydall PlainNow this area is a lot harder than the previous one. I would recommend leveling-up your party to at least Lv7 or even 8 if possible. Ignore the Trolls andTreants for now, just go around and defeat the small enemies, getting the chests scattered around. This area is huge so check your map to see where tohead. Stick to the east portion to make it to your next objective. When you get close to the right emplacement, your party will be attacked by theAhwahnee. To defeat this beast, I prefer a party made up of Leonard, Yulie and Eldore, unless you've been buffing your avatar. You could simply attackAhwahnee normally, by starting with its legs to bring him down, then hitting the head, or you could also choose to transform into the White Knight and useCrossfire to take him down. If you do so, the battle will be shorter but harder as the boss will get mad and attack with more power. Either way, have Yuliekeep everyone healed and focus your strongest attacks on the enemy until he's down. After that, watch the scene and walk the rest of the way to NordiaTunnels.encounters: Fatal Flower, Treant, Wild Boarchests:A7= Chromium Pearl Lv1C6= Guardian Pearl Lv1C5= Chainmail BootsC3= Chainmail GlovesB5= Chromium Pearl Lv1D3= Water ShardE6= Fire SwordE5= DaggerF4= ChainmailH3= Chain TrousersNordia TunnelsYou'll need to cross the Nordia Tunnels before you can reach the desert. The tunnels are crawling with monsters, especially spiders which will surround youif you're not careful. This place can be pretty tough, so make sure you enter at Lv10 or close to. The spiders are weak to fire, so use a fire spell like+Bonfire to attack all spiders at the same time. This will take down a whole group of enemies in a few seconds. A bit further ahead from theentrance, you'll find a gate on the right side. Go through it and down the path on the left. Continue to follow the path to a fork and go left again. You'll find an elevator at the end, but it doesn't work. Examine the alcove nearby and open the chest at the end to find the Nordia Tunnel Key. With that in hand, return to the gate you went through near the entrance and take the other path which should take you toanother gate. That one is locked so use the key on it to open it. Now just make your way to the next save point after watching the cutscene. If you look inall nooks of the tunnels you should find a Bone Bow and a Bone Rod.When you're ready, head on to the exit for another scene and a boss battle. General Dragias is fairly easy at Lv10. Just attack him normally and heal untilyou get him to half of his health. At this point, he will turn into the Black Knight. Transform yourself into the White Knight to fight him off. Attack thelegs with Crossfire, then the head. Keep on going until you get low on MP, then just use Slash on the head until you have no more. Use your most powerfulattacks to finish him off, then watch the next cinematic. You'll receive the Sainted Pride to equip on the White Knight. You can now exit the tunnel toemerge in the Lagnish Desert, the last area to cross before getting to the next town.encounters: Waterspider Sprog, Basilisk, Fire Elemental, MagiSpearman/AxemasterLagnish DesertThis huge area is filled with scorpions and other enemies, but it's rather to bypass them if you hug the walls in large areas. If you get to a more closedarea just take them out. I would also recommend skipping the big enemies like the Fire Giants for now, unless you want to earn some EXP. If you do chooseto battle them, use the White Knight to take them down easily. Check the map to locate the objective star and head for that direction. You'll need to goaround the long way as the shortcut to the south is only ine-way back. Go east first, then south to reach the entrance to the city of Albana.encounters: Killer Vespid, Scorpion, Fire Giant, Megalo TigrisThe Desert Town of AlbanaFinally a new town so you can purchase new equipment for your party. Take a while to look around and buy everything you need, then head to the pub for acutscene where you'll see Kara for the first time. After that, you'll regain control of Leonard in the pub. You must talk to every person in the room andask about the black monoship. However, nobody knows anything. When you're done talking to all the people, speak with Yulie and Eldore for the next scene. If nothing happens, just keep talking to everyone until the scene triggers. You'll then need to battle Kara, who will send out the Alphamiden Gigas.First, defeat all the henchmen around, then Kara will appear. Change into the White Knight and defeat her. This is a very simple battle an only a few hitswill take her down. After the fight, Kara will join the party as a guest. Head for the southern gate near the Logic Stone to trigger another scene. Karawill inform you that the only way to go through this exit is to get a pass from Don Phibianacci. So return to the plaza and approach the big building.Guards will stop you and give you Phibianacci's Letter after the scene. You'll need to take this letter to Verruca, who resides in the desert.Go back to Lagnish Desert through the other gate and walk to the objective star on your map. This shouldn't be too hard as the enemies are the same and thepath is fairly straightforward. When you get there, you'll find an oasis and Leonard will deliver the letter to Verruca, who will give you another letterin return. Now return to Albana by the same way to deliver Verruca's letter to Don Phibianacci. Now that this quest is complete, the Don will allow you topass through the southern gate. Before heading there, make sure to level-up first, purchase good equipment and grab the treasure chests around town. Level13-14 would be good for the area ahead. When you're feeling ready just press on ahead through the new exit to enter the south part of the desert. The Sand MazeThis is actually the same area as Lagnish Desert, but you're now in the southern part. The same enemies roam the landscape, in addition to powerful Golems, which you just run past or defeat with the White Knight. Just run to the Logic Stone located near the objective star on your map, which isn't too farahead. Defeat the enemies, then save and head up to the ruins. After the cutscene taking place here, you will get attacked by three Gigas. TransformLeonard into the White Knight first thing, then take the Gigas down one at a time. Use powerful attacks like Bladestorm, then Crossfire until you run outof MP. When low, use a Mana Potion if you have one to replenish the MP. Continue attacking the next Gigas until all three are down.Another scene will take place, then the Grand Gigas will attack you. Attack it until a short scene triggers, where the White Knight gains a shield. You nowhave more defense and more MP, and the fight continues. Take out the Grand Gigas with the best attacks to trigger more scenes. You will be back in Albanaafter that. Take a moment to restock items and equip Kara, who is now an active member of your party. After everything is said and done, leave Albana andreturn to the world map. Select Lagnish Desert to re-enter the southern section. Follow the objective star a short way to a new exit leading to FlandarTrail.Flandar TrailThis area is a series of branching paths leading to several dead-ends with treasure chests, so make sure you grab all of them as some contain nice items. The enemies in this area aren't particularly hard, most of them are weak to magic so you can get rid of them in groups. Don't try to run past them as thenarrow paths will have them get to you anyway. The ice giants are more dangerous, but you can change into the White Knight to defeat them more easily. Takea look at your map and head for the objective star, which will take you to a different scenery. Save at the Logic Stone and go up the cliff for a scene. After the scene, go back down and follow the rest of the path until a dragon stands on your way. Turn into the White Knight and attack it a few times totrigger another scene. The Black Knight will join you in the fight, making it a lot easier. Keep on attacking the dragon until he is defeated. You can thenkeep on following the trail to the next objective star until you arrive at the gondola station. The party will automatically take the gondola to reach thecity of Greede.encounters: Ice Lizard, Fire Lizard, Jackal, Ice Giant, Earth DragonThe Free City of GreedeThere are a few things to do here before you'll be able to get to the next place. First, you'll need to talk to one of the ladies at the counter on yourright to obtain a Train Pass. Once you have it, go up the stairs on the right and use the elevator to go up to 2F.There, take the train to the Merchant Quarter. This is a very large city, so don't get lost. As soon as you get off the train, go to the closest elevatorjust outside the staion and take it down to 1F. Make your way to the pub at the end of the street and speak with Heti Sharko inside. He will give you Baccean Honey for free. Now return to the train station and select the new destination; Downtown. Walk around to find thepub at the back of the town and speak with Shu inside. Give him the Baccean Honey you just obtained to get the BlackMarket Pass in exchange. Check your map to locate the star and go to the black market nearby. Talk to the man next to the door so he opens it foryou. Inside, watch the cutscene, then you'll need to walk around a bit more. The next place we need to go is 3F in the Merchant Quarter, so head there.Enter the mansion on the left of the street and speak with Pierre to receive the Lizard Bait. We finally haveeverything we need, so make the necessary preparations to head back out, explore the city for chests, and then use any Logic Stone to return to the worldmap and re-enter Flandar Trail.Flandar TrailWhat you need to do here is find the Fire Lizard and defeat it to obtain the gemstone required for the black market statue. To find it, you'll need to headfor the dead-end in D5, which is at the end of the path going left from the Logic Stone, after passing through a cave. When you get there, drop down thehole in the middle to access another cave. Ahead you'll find the Fire Lizard's den. Head up to the giant crystal at the top and place the bait on it. TheFire Lizard will then come out. It's not much harder than a regular enemy, so first take down the two ice lizards, then fous your best attacks on the firelizard. After defeating it you will obtain the firestone. Follow the path back out of the cave and return to the Logic Stone to re-enter Greede from theworld map.Greede's UnderbellyWith the firestone in hands, go back to the black market Downtown of Greede. After the scene here, you will obtain the statue of the Goddess. Now return tothe Central Station and walk to the Count's mansion north of the station's entrance. Speak with the guards at the entrance to trigger a cutscene. Afterthat, Caesar will join your party. There is still one more thing to do, so return to the pub Downtown, once again. Inside, speak with Amir. He will alsojoin your party as a guest. Now, walk to B2 still in the Downtown area to reach Greede's Underbelly. The guard will let you pass after seeing Amir andCaesar. The dungeon ahead is a pain, so use the Logic Stone at the entrance first. From the entrance of the dungeon, cross the first room to emerge in a second room with a lever right in front of you. Get rid of the monsters around, thenmove the lever to open the left gate. Go through the gate in the northwest corner of the room and activate the lever at the end of the path. Then take theadjacent path and activate another lever at the end. This will open the gate to the reservoir. Now return to the very first lever in the main room and openthe right gate this time. Head through the gate in the northeast corner of the room and cross the next room to the north to arrive in a larger room. Go upthe stairway on the right and through the door at the top. In the room ahead, just go straight to the small room at the other extremity to find a lever.Open the left drain, then run back to the room and enter the west wing. Follow the path leading to a hole in the ground (a square on the map) and dropdown.Follow the path to the star on your map and activate the lever in the small room. Keep following the path until you get to a room with a Logic Stone and anelevator in the center. Call the elevator using the lever next to it, then use it to back to 1F. As you get out of the elevator, head into the door on theleft to be back in a large room from previously, then go up the stairs on the left and through the door at the top. You should be back in the room with thelever that opens the drains. Go back to the lever and this time open the right drain. Head into the east wing of the room and drop down the drain at theend of the path. Check your map to locate the star and head over there. Defeat all the enemies around, then turn to see three levers along the wall. Movethe leftmost lever to the right, leave the middle one as is, and move the rightmost lever to the left. Now check your map again to locate the star. Walk tothe circular room on the right and take out the large spider inside. When you're done activate the lever in this room. Now go back all the way to the elevator room, save, and take the elevator back to 1F. Head directly into the room in front of you as you step out of theelevator and go straight ahead to a smaller room with three ways to go. Check the rooms on both sides of the path to find two levers. Activate both of themto close the drains. Head out of this pathway back to the room and go through the door on the right. Drop down the drain at the end, then check your map tolocate the star and head there. Defeat the two giant spiders with the help of the White Knight, then activate the lever in the room. That's finally it forthis dungeon, so run back to the elevator room and take the elevator to 3F. Leave the room through the only unlocked gate to return outside. Amir willinstruct the Demithor to get to the mines. You will then be back at Greede, so when you're ready, simply take the train and select Bunker Lode Caverns.encounters: Wind Elemental, Ice Lizard, Spider Sprog, Direspider, StoneGuardianThe Bunker Lode CavernsThis area can be pretty tough if you try to outpass the enemies, so just make sure you always clear the way before proceeding. I would recommend being atLv20 or close at this point. From the entrance, just head straight to reach an elevator that isn't functional for now. Keep on following the path up theslope and head through the gate. At the fork, go right and activate the lever at the end after taking out the enemies. Return to the main gate and go rightahead at the next fork. Defeat the enemies behind the gate, then activate the lever at the end. Then just keep on following the path to the very end whereyou'll find a last lever to pull. The elevator can now be used. Backtrack to it and take it down to B1F. On this floor, go right and follow the path to aBlack Knave. Defeat it and the surrounding enemies with the White Knight, then use the Logic Stone at the end of the path to save.Head through the gate on the side when you're ready to face a few bosses. After the scene, you will face Belcitane first. He's very easy to defeat; simplytake out the guards first, then give him a few hits and he's down. For the second fight you will be up against two Gigas. Don't use the White Knight forthis battle as it's pretty easy and you will need it for the next fight. Use the opportunity to refill your AC. Keep everyone healed and take down theGigas one by one. They don't have much HP so it shouldn't take too long with a few powerful attacks. Just make sure you keep Leonard's AC full, so if youneed switch to another party member to use combos. Once they are defeated you will face the Dragon Matriarch. This battle can take much longer, though it's not really all that hard, so transform into the White Knight. You should have enough MP to take down thedragon with a series of Crossfire on its head. If your healer runs out of MP, use Potions to refill your health. Once you win this battle, it's not overyet. Caesar will get his very own Knight, and you'll get to fight Sargatanas with this new knight. This time however, you're alone against the enemy, making the battle a tad harder. The Dragon Knight has a lot of HP, but no way to heal, so just focus on defeating the boss before you run out. Also makesure you have enough MP to finish the fight, so use a few powerful attacks at first, but then go easier on the MP and only use the attacks that take 1 or2, according to how much health you and your enemy have remaining. Once the battles are finally over, watch the scene and you'll be returned to Greede.Leave the moving city and travel back to Balandor from the world map.encounters: Red Scorpion, Magi Captain, Magi Officer, Magi Swordsman, BlackKnave, Fire DragonBalandor & Balastor Plain CaveWhen you get to Balandor, you'll need to find a man named Medius. His house is on the main street that goes from the southwest entrance to the castle. Walkthere to trigger a cutscene as soon as you reach the street. The party will spot the house across the street. Head over to it (it's the only house with ablue roof) to trigger a new scene. Unfortunately, a woman will inform you that Medius has passed away, but his son, Setti, still inhabits the place. However, Setti has gone to a cave in Balastor Plains (things are never simple, it seems). So exit the city and enter Balastor Plains. The cave we'relooking for is located in the northeast corner of the map, where the objective star is. The enemies in the plains are the same as before, and althoughthey're stronger, they're easy to defeat. Just travel to the star and save at the Logic Stone before entering the cave.Inside, follow the cave until a cinematic takes place. The White Knight and the Dragon Knight will join forces to defeat the Black Knight, again. Thisbattle is quite easy like the other ones, except that this time the Black Knight has a technique to restore his health. Try to take him down before he canuse it. Start by attacking the legs with Crossfire until he falls on the ground, then attack the belly with a Stonecutter. Repeat the process every time todefeat him. When its HP gets low, use Bladestorm on the head to finish him off. After this battle, the party will be back in Balandor for some talking. After the scene, return to the east gate of the city where the star is on your map for yet another cutscene. Afterwards, leave the city for good and headfor Greede. In central station, re-exit through the entrance and the party will board the gondola and ride it to Frass Chasm.Frass ChasmThe enemies here aren't all that hard, but they will gang up on you in the narrow paths so make sure to defeat all the enemies you come across on your way.Simply follow the path until you find a Troll, which can be defeated with the White Knight. At the fork, go right to trigger a scene. Afterwards, continuealong the path to a save point. Ahead, a Direspider will block your path. Take it down with the White Knight, then keep going. The path ahead has a lot ofenemies, so defeat them all except for the Treant, unless you really want to. It won't attack you otherwise. At the next fork, go left to find Rocco, aPapitaur. However, the Pygmy Greaver from earlier will charge. Leonard and Caesar transform, so together, defeat the enemy, which shouldn't pose any problems. Attack itslegs, then the head or back. After the battle, leave the area through the exit nearby to arrive in the next village, Baccea.encounters: Poison Vespid, Umbral Flower, Killer Scorpion, Dire Waterspider,Pygmy GreaverBacceaWhen you get to Baccea, restock on items and buy the latest equipment at the store. There isn't anything else to do, so head for the Logic Stone andsave your game. A cutscene should trigger as you walk near the Logic Stone. After that, leave the village by the exit nearby to return to Frass Chasm.Frass Chasm & GreaverbackWe are now looking for Thaumus. At the first fork, go left to find a save point. Defeat all the enemies nearby, then approach the dandelion close. Thewind will either blow south or north, and you can use the dandelion to glide across the chasms, to different cliffs depending on the direction of the wind.To get the wind to change direction, you just have to wait about a minute for it to change. For the first dandelion, you'll want the wind to blow north. After crossing, walk to the next dandelion on the other side of the cave with the Troll and Treant and glide north. You'll land in a dead-end with aGreaver. Don't try to fight it if you don't want to, just re-use the same dandelion to glide north again to a new area. Now just follow the path whichleads to two Greaver. Try to run past them or fight them with the White Knight, then reach the next dandelion and glide north to a Logic Stone below.Save, then use the dandelion on the left and glide north again. In the next area, use the dandelion just next to where you came from to glide north again. You'll reach an area shaped like the one from before, but it's not the same, so keep going. Follow the path to the next dandelion, passing by two Greaversagain. Glide northward and you'll come close to the exit. Walk to the Logic Stone, save, and press onward for a cutscene. After some talking, Leonard andCaesar will transform into Knights. Attack the Black Knight and Lamia Comitis a few times until they retreat. After the next cutscene, the real battle willbegin. You are now taking down the Lamia Comitis. This enemy has some strong attacks, so use a heal potion if your HP severely drops. Take it down to itsknees with a few Crossfires to its legs, then attack the head with Bladestorm. If you want to play it safe, use +Talion, but watch out for MP usage. With Caesar's help the enemy should go down quickly enough. You will then land on the Greaverback after the ensuing cutscene. Save at the Logic Stone, thenfollow the path to enter another battle. This battle is actually really easy if you use the White Knight. Just ignore the small antennaes and focus onattacking the large one in the center. When possible, attack the core with Bladestorm to deal massive damage. When it retracts, attack the shell with asmaller attack. Keep on attacking the core to finally defeat it. You will then be back in Baccea. Visit the chief's hut for a scene where Setti joins theparty, then leave the village by heading for the objective star on your map. Your next destination on the world map is Van Haven Waste. The end is drawingclose. The Van Haven WasteNow this place is confusing and annoying. Start by heading left and go down into the cave directly under the ground. Go left at the first fork you comeacross in the underground. Go left again at the next fork. Eventually you'll emerge outside again. Cross the large area and enter the cave in the rockfaceon the other side of the field. Follow the path inside the cave until you reach a fork, and take a left. At the end of the path you'll come to a LogicStone and an exit to outside. Head out and walk to the other cave entrance on the other side of the area. Inside, follow the path to a fork, but keep goingstraight. At the next fork, go right through the gate. There should be a troll behind. Follow the path and go through the next gate. Continue to follow thepath to the save point on your map. It's located behind a gate in a lush green area. There, go through the gate on the left. At the first fork, go rightand through the next gate. You'll cross a large room with a water dragon. Go through the gate on the other side, then turn left at the next fork. You'llemerge outside again at the end of the tunnel. Cross the outside area and enter the next cave on the other side. Follow the tunnel to a fork and go left, then straight ahead at the next fork shortly after. You'll finally come to a Logic Stone. Save, then keep following the path across the room with a gate atthe end. The tunnel will eventually lead outside to the exit. Simply go up the hills and leave this area.Sinca VillageExcept for watching the cutscene in Sinca Village, there's nothing to do here. Grab the treasure chest and buy some supplies from the pilgrimer, then leavethe village to enter Dogma Rift. The Dogma RiftThis area is very straightforward, so simply follow the path to the exit on the other side. A cutscene will take place, followed by a boss battle withPyredaemos Rex. To make this battle easy, turn Leonard into the White Knight, then switch to Caesar and transform into the Dragon Knight. Take out thebeast with both knights while Yulie heals. The fight shouldn't take too long. Afterwards, enter the new area ahead. Follow the hallway to a large room with4 ways; go left to the next room, then right. Go right again in the next large room, then continue straight ahead to the next room. Go left to come to asave point at the end. Continue ahead and go right, following the path to the objective star on the map. A cutscene will ensue when you get there. Afterthat, keep on and go left when you get to the next area.Use the teleport platform to warp to another area. Walk to B2 on your map and defeat the Golem there to activate another teleport platform. Use that nearbyplatform to warp to the next area. Here, defeat the Golem in the center to activate another platform in the northern room straight ahead and use it toteleport again. Save at the Logic Stone here, then go down the hall and defeat the Golem to activate another platform straight ahead. Use it to warp again.Defeat the Golem in the next room ahead to activate another teleporter, then go straight ahead down to the room below and head left. White Knight Chronicles 2 Avatar Knight Armor 1Use the warp here tocome to another Logic Stone. Save, then follow the path to the hallway straight ahead and use the warp at the end of the path to teleport one last time. The final battle is just ahead, so make sure you're ready before entering the teleport. Make sure to have Leonard and Caesar in the party, with ahealer. There will be three battles after the cutscenes. The first one against the Sun King is extremely easy, so don't waste any MP or AC. Don't transform, asyou'll want to keep it for the next battle instead. The Sun King will take a few normal hits to be defeated. The next battle will be against the BlackKnight. Now you'll want to transform, both Knights if possible. Attack the Black Knight's belly with a few good attacks to take it down, while the healerdoes its job. The final battle that will take place right after is a little harder. Your AC will be restored, so transform again, with both Knights. Startby attacking the core with a few attacks until the enemy changes. Now you'll want to attack the main body. Since this is the final battle, just use all ofyour items that could be of use. Attack with the best skills, then use mana potions to refill your MP and keep attacking. Also make sure the healer hasfull MP. I did this fight around Lv30 and it was pretty easy. The ending will then unfold, leaving place for the sequel.IV. Part 62: The Arc Knight (Part 2)Okay, so lets get into the specifics of the Arc Knight then. The first thing you notice immediately after you get done talking to Framboise is that if you head into the Combat Setup menu, the Avatar now has a filled in Equip Incorruptus option on their submenu options. The thing about the Arc Knight is that its entirely optional, so a lot of people never even bothered to claim it. And why would you, honestly? Would you want to put yourself through that kind of bullshit for something so hobbled by Level-5s poorly thought-out gameplay design? So this is the default Arc Knight you get access to right from the outset. This is all the majority of players who obtained it saw of the Arc Knight. As you can see its very sparse and generic, lacking personality and looking nothing at all like the Arc Knight we just saw in the actual chapter itself. So do we get from there to here?Well, if you were playing legit, it would probably take you a solid five months to grind everything you need to make my Arc Knight. Level-5's latest RPG looks great, as expected. And also underachieves, as expected.White Knight Chronicles is an epic fantasy tale about two kingdoms in midst of a longstanding war. The King of Balandor, wishing to put an end to the war, invites the duke of Faria to his castle to celebrate his daughter's coming of age. But this celebration is sabotaged by the Magi, a rogue sect seeking to steal the White Knight, an ancient weapon of war sealed beneath Balandor castle, in order to take over the world. During the ensuing chaos, a young man named Leonard accidentally unlocks the power of the White Knight as he attempts to save the princess. With the kingdoms in chaos and the princess in peril, Leonard is entrusted with the mission to find the Magi and rescue the princess. The critically acclaimed development group at Level-5 once again delivers an unparalleled role-playing game experience with the introduction of White Knight Chronicles. Players will be able to custom create their own avatar and enter in a deep single player campaign or join a real-time online multiplayer quest with up to four others. In addition to the compelling storyline, gamers will have access to dozens of online quests, and can create custom weapons and items. The International Edition includes live talk, voice chat, the ability to build an online village for your character where you can invite friends to complete quests online and purchase unique items and gear, and over 50 disc-based online quests. PS3 Reviews Feb 8, 2010Over the past decade, the creative minds at Level-5 have established themselves as master crafters of some of gaming's most momorable backdrops: the quaint rustic setting of Professor Layton, the alternate-reality medieval France of Jeanne d'Arc, and the expansive vistas of Dragon Quest VIII, among many others. Despite the developer's Japanese origins, these aren't the domains of spiky-haired tweens and coquettish, buxom fan-fiction fodder.White Knight Chronicles continues that tradition, featuring some of the most imaginative town and dungeon settings seen in recent Japanese RPGs - you won't find the requisite 'ice dungeon' and 'fire dungeon' here. Unfortunately, the game also falls prey to another company trademark. PS3 News Jul 29, 2009Level-5's pedigree is well-known in role-playing game circles. The Japanese developer is revered for titles such as Rogue Galaxy, Dragon Quest VIII and Professor Layton and the Curious Village, so rightly, gamers are looking forward to seeing what the final version of White Knight Chronicles will bring.Pegged for an early Q1 2010 release here in the States, the game is shaping up to be a kind of mixture of Final Fantasy and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
